Dalzells of Markethill – Beds & Mattresses

Dalzells of Markethill takes the stress out of mattress shopping, even with little ones in tow. The staff here—Sharon, Kathryn, and Catherine regularly get mentions—genuinely take time to walk you through options without pushing the priciest choice. It's refreshingly straightforward: they'll help you understand what you actually need for a good night's sleep, not just what costs most. Parents travelling from Dublin and beyond find the trip worthwhile for the combination of knowledgeable service and excellent value.

The store has full pram access with an accessible entrance, and there are baby changing facilities on site. Free delivery sweetens the deal considerably, especially when you're juggling a toddler and don't fancy strapping a mattress to the roof.

If you're making a special trip up from the South, ring ahead to confirm what you're after is in stock—it'll make the journey even smoother.
