Welcome to BubbaMaps! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of BubbaMaps’ mobile application and services. By accessing and using BubbaMaps, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use BubbaMaps if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Terms of Use

BubbaMaps is provided “as is,” and we offer no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Service.
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Service.
The use of BubbaMaps for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration

Users may be required to register an account to access certain features of the Service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Free and Paid Services

BubbaMaps currently offers its core services for free but plans to introduce paid features in the future.
Details of these paid services, including pricing and subscription terms, will be provided at the time of their introduction.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on BubbaMaps, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of BubbaMaps or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws.
You agree not to duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the BubbaMaps interface or proprietary information without express written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

Content Ownership and Rights: When you submit, upload, or post content to BubbaMaps, including but not limited to reviews, photos, and comments (“User Content”), you retain all rights to your User Content. You hereby grant BubbaMaps a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
Use in Sales and Marketing Materials: By submitting User Content, you grant BubbaMaps the additional right to use such content, including images and reviews, in our sales, marketing, and promotional materials without further consent or notification. This may include, but is not limited to, sharing your content on our website, in advertisements, in social media posts, and in other marketing efforts to promote BubbaMaps. You acknowledge that this use will not entitle you to any compensation and that BubbaMaps may or may not attribute the content to you.
Representation and Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User Content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify BubbaMaps or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. BubbaMaps takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
Rights to Modify or Remove Content: BubbaMaps reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content for any reason, including content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BubbaMaps, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Service whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise.

8. Changes to Terms

BubbaMaps reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
