Roam Community Cafe

Roam Community Cafe is a gorgeous, light-filled space in Vauxhall that perfectly balances being a proper neighbourhood coffee spot with a genuinely welcoming haven for families. The atmosphere is warm and inclusive – you'll find excellent flat whites and perfectly buttery pastries served by a friendly team who make everyone feel at home, whether you're popping in solo or wrangling little ones.

Parents will appreciate the thoughtful setup: there's step-free pram access, high chairs available, baby changing facilities, and a dedicated play area downstairs that transforms this into more than just your average café. It's a brilliant community project that recognises families need somewhere they can actually relax with a decent coffee while the kids are entertained.

Head downstairs to check out the play area – it's what sets this café apart and makes it worth the visit with young children.
